I founded Aston Ley in 2019 having spent more than 30 years advising business leaders, over half of which was as a partner and owner in leading regional and national accountancy firms.

More than just an external advisor, I served on the main board of directors of Price Bailey, a major regional firm of Chartered Accountants. So I've sat your side of the table running a business, buying professional services and developing and delivering strategy. I've led firms, offices, departments and teams of various shapes and sizes and been a successful business developer including building Grant Thornton's Chelmsford office from scratch.

I guide, support and connect a wide range of owner-managed businesses across East Anglia. But assisting business is only half the story - helping business leaders clear their compliance, resolve their issues, and achieve their personal as well as business goals, is my real passion.
